Some weeks ago, the NPA managing director, Hadiza Bala Usman, was interviewed by Ms Adesuwa Oyenokwe on Channels TV. I remember her saying that Fulani men had resorted to kidnapping people on the Abuja- Kaduna road because of the constraints they had experienced in practicing their profession of cattle-rearing.
