Romelu Lukaku was involved in a bust-up with Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho earlier in the month over his positioning, according to reports. After arriving at Old Trafford from Everton as a £75million summer signing, Lukaku enjoyed a sensational start to his United career, netting 11 goals in his first ten games for the club.
