Since I was born I don't know anyone used for rituals, kidnapped etc. More than 98% of people I knew from high school almost 20 yrs ago are still alive and well. The crime rate in Nigeria is less than 0.1%. Rituals my foot! Just for your info. A Federal civil servant in Nigeria is entitled to 2yrs maximum PAID study leave, any course longer than 2yrs is without pay though you are entitled to your promotions.
