Liar, na 2003 David Beckham join Real Madrid

Nice topic. First of all, if you're 25 years old and under, then you most likely didn't watch the 2000 team enough in real time to adequately compare. Real talk.
The 2000 team was a beast! Yea these new guys won back to back UCL but we know the whole Bayern controversy and refs playing their part.
Anyways, that 2000 team was full of World Champions, continental champs, mini gods, forget the UCL. Beckham had nations going crazy. Their global impact is yet to be matched.

If you watched Liverpool vs arsenal match. Liverpool had a very wonderful first half but match ended a draw and the better first half didn't matter

Seriously, C.Ronaldo is just overrated there is no way he should equal Messi in terms of number of ballon d OR. Now they have won it the same number of times but messi is far more better. In fact the only time I feel he deserved it was when he won it at man utd.

When the future generation go through football history, they will think they are at the same level, not knowing they are incomparable., Messi is simply the greatest player ever to walk on this planet.

Well, no one is disputing the final result, but given the frenzy the loss to Barca is bringing, it would seem as though Madrid was utterly destroyed by Barca, but that's not the case, and that's my point.

This is a baseless thread. The squard of 2017 is not as bad as their loss of yesterday.
The 2000 squard couldn't dominate the UCL.
Moreso, Messi was not around that time. The greatness of Barcelona btw 2009 to date rest more on Lionel Messi. He's the one defeating most great clubs which Madrid happens to be the biggest casualty. This squard you are belittling beat this same Barca twice this season. So why this comparison cos of yesterday's loss.
Zidane caused it by removing the squard depth, Morata n James Rodriguez.
As for the 2000 squard, the are an expensive side assembled by Florentino Perez's ego.

Real Madrid fans have no one to blame for their loss yesterday except their coach who had two goal keepers on the pitch and still conceded three goals.

On a serious note, I will also blame the coach. They started well and had the upper hand during 1st Half. I wonder what he told them during the break, @2nd half, they changed their play, lost their pace and attack and struggled throughout.

Let's be fair to Ronaldo.
He deserved his 5 Ballon d'ors.
