Wonderful decision.

Direct entry is usually competitive, because of the number of aspirants involved and the limited spaces available. And since the modalities used to admit DE isn't made public, I'll advise you have nothing less than a very strong second class upper. Be informed that you will also be competing with those presenting A'Level certificates, and I heard UI gives more preference to them (I heard ni o).

Another piece of advice bro,

if you can, and if it is allowed, apply for both UTME and DE. Don't apply to the same school oh. you can choose another school of your choice for UTME. (If your current skul offers medicine, I'll advice you apply DE there, then apply UTME for UI)

It will boost your chances.

please just ensure you are guided. schooling in UI requires a lot. first patience and understanding and importantly obedience. everything starts at once, and ends at once. for aspiring students who made the cut off, UI would not fail you. you can message this number on WhatsApp, we have a group for you guys. 08158025722

First of all I'm from Rivers state and I didn't do change of course for elect/elect because that is what I really want to study and I met the elds cutoff although my status hasn't changed yet I want to know if it's considered as merit this yr also if the admission process is still on and my chances of getting in my aggregate is 65.125 please I need answers
