I wanna start same biz some weeks back in my area. I went to first bank and Skye bank but I was told I must have a corporate account before they can give it to me. Don't know about their charges though. Pls, I will like to know if you eventually get it and the conditions

to answer ur question an individual would have obtained PoS from all d banks 2no which one gives faster and their rates. I don't think they shoot people who walk into banks to make enquiries. If u are shy, u can do them a mail

it must not be Corporate acct. You can open personal current account and get it.

U should have gone to 4 or5 bank websites that tickled your fancy and check out these information.. if you were in a doubt, u send them an email or contact the customer services .. that my friend is called research considering the nature of what you were looking for..

Go to Stanbic IBTC, FCMB and WEMA bank to make findings.

These banks will give you a better charge. Those big guys guys will finish you with their charges.

Tip: I advise you use personal account if you're SME for now. Using corporate account will increase your charge, like account maintenance charge, taxes and others.

GTBank have a POS waiting list dating from 2016, don't even waste your time.

I happen to be a pos merchandise, I have diamond and Uba, both Banks charges 0.0075per transactions, the difference is diamond bank charges 2k for monthly maintenance while Uba charges 1k per million monthly, if u will b doing a high volume of about 10million, u will b charged 10k at the end of d month.

come to etranzacts office in VI. You apply that day. you will be given your POS that day. the POS is very simply to use it comes with Android OS.

And do you know how long it takes at other Banks before you start whinning?

pos charges are 0.75%, 0.50%and 0.20% per transaction and it is free. you can't buy it base on NIBSS and CBN policy. you can approach any Bank but not First bank.
