Pardon me mamas, I'm about to derail the thread small grin

OK let me finally address this our weightloss issue

Naomi14 drag ur tiny legs here grin grin dunno y I just love teasing U grin

I guess a lot of us know about how I started my weightloss journey sometime in October this year, after I realised I had gained about 14kg (accumulated pregnancy and post-partum weight).
It was an 8 week program which ended on Saturday and I actually paid 7k for the duration of the program.
I successfully lost about 12.4kg (starting weight was 84kg and present weight is 71.6kg) with portion control and workouts, and my big belle has significantly reduced from 37 inches to about 32 inches (still a work in progress). My target weight was 70kg but I had to slow down in the last 2 weeks cos physically, I was OK with d way I looked [s]and my DH was worried about my nyash reduction [/s] (no b say I kuku carry Ikebe super b4 grin)
It wasn't easy cos I had to give up a lot food-wise and as a former foodie, I had to discipline myself a lot. The workouts were tough cos I'm a bit lazy but eventually, I got around to loving them when I started seeing results.

Biko, I'm not saying I'm a pro or an expert in weightloss issues, but with the little I've learnt, I'm willing to share with any mama who wants to shed some weight... If u wanna join the fitness guys I worked with, I'll share their details wt u do U can join any of their new classes.
But if u wanna try on ur own, I'm willing to help FOR FREE but it'll be on whatsapp so that we don't derail NL thread and get banned. I'll share food tips, workouts routines etc and we'll just encourage each other Shikena. cheesy

U can just mention me, and I'll take it up from there.
.
I'm interested please add me Biko...

please mamas I don't know who to talk to that is why I'm bringing it to the house to advise me on what to do..

I visited a friend and I was impressed on how she teaches her househelp sex education, the girl has a note book on sex education so i decided I was going to start it too in my house, so I went home and called my son and the girl leaving with me to a round table discussion.. I bought a note book for my girl so I proceeded to explain to my son why he shld nt let any body touch his pee pee and so on, then I faced my girl and was trying to explain intimacy to her but she wasn't understanding me and I kept quiet thinking of another way to put it, only for her to say " mummy is intimacy that thing that you and my dee (my uncle in igbo) used to do..Jesus I died and rose again, I just jejely told her to pack her book and go because I was dead with embarrassment.
since then I have been wondering how this girl knows what we do, let me explain in brief how we live.

when she came to leave with me I gave her 1 room to herself but people adviced it wasn't advisable since my husband is not always with us, so I asked her to move into my room so when my husband comes home he stays in a separate room and that is where we do the do.. most times we even do it when they have gone to school and in the middle of the night because my son is very very clingy... so biko how did this girl know what I do with my husband.. she is just 11 yrs old

how do i handle this issue mamas.. I'm very embarrassed to ask her any question

Okokobioko shocked shocked shocked grin grin. I'm not laughing I swear, it's just funny. She must have seen you and hubby when you did not think she would. Just have an open honest convo with her. Tell her the "do" is only for married people like you and Dee. It's not for any other person. Just explain in simplified terms what you want her to know...and abeg you and Dee should be very conscious of yourselves when next you are about to enter hear.. grin grin

This z very dicey, you don't need to be embarrassed because, she z more or less your daughter.if I were you this z what I would do.

I would still go ahead and teach her vital things about sex education and will calmly tell her that she isn't permitted to do it,intact use the old wives method of "" if you allow any man touch you,you go get belle method.

NNE ndo o.other mamas go chuk mouth put for d marra

Katchy, she might not mean what your thinking.
It might even be a kiss or snuggle she's talking about.
Let her explain what she knows.
It might even be all these rough play you sometimes engage in and not intimacy.

The day I saw my son twerking on the bed I almost had heart attack cos I thought he was imitating the act and then he stood and continued his twerking and another bout of heart attack came. Only to find out he watched a music video and was replaying it. Video channel that I passed by and stopped for one minute to see these "bad bad shildrens".
Children are very good at mimicry
