Handkerchiefs to clean her mouth during feeds. I put one pack of wipes in her bag. It's been close to two months and the wipes are still remaining. I put three extra diapers but they mostly use two.

Good morning. I am not in Lagos right now and my baby's Gerber cereal finished two days ago. She has only been taking Tombrown and oatmeal but the babe sef don tire. I went searching for cereals and all I found were 6months and above. She will be 6months in a week's time, can I buy one of the cereals and start giving her now cos i tried to feed her Tombrown this morning and she refused to take it. No light here sef to puree anything so our options are very limited.

Also suggestions for creamy porridge (those cereals that you only add water, no need to add milk) will be highly welcome.

Since you didn't do ebf and solids aren't new to her I guess you can but don't buy anything with mixed grains. Cerelac is a creamy cereal, just pick the one with one grain and milk (wheat, soya or maize)

But wait let more experienced mums put mouth before you go ahead

@enque PM me Na. I swear BM supply will not be reduced. I'm actually back to pre preg weight and I lost all within 14weeks of putting to bed. I did more of oatmeal and pepper soup for BM supply, rice intake was very limited, did not do Eba or pounded yam for those 14weeks, lemon infused water also helped with lactation. These contributed to my losing the weight fast and helped my belly sort of but since I resumed work, junk is my name. My belly is actually unrecognizable. I wear most of my pre preg clothes but there are some that were like body fitted before preg but has refused to go past the bust area so I want to lose about 5kg more and also help my belly situation.

you can give her cereals for babies aged 6months and above. Its not like you have much choice anyway since she is tired of the posh ogi called tombrown and oatmeal.

cow & gate as well as aptamil have different varieties of creamy porridge that requires no milk.

To my little understanding I don't think Eela makes baby looses weight

Don't make the pap too thick and don't mix with milo etc from home. The care givers should mix at the time of feeding
