Pls how do I throttle my mifi speed so people am sharing with will not download above the limit I want? Is there any app that take's care of that?? Thanks

I use an Alcatel link mifi and it doesn't have the speed throttle limit on the profile pls is there any app that can take care of that? I want ti reduce the download speed to 512kbs... Thanks
