Pastor Prince, I had been struggling with an addiction to pornography for many years. After receiving Christ as my Savior, I tried several times to overcome my addiction by suppressing my desire for pornography. I would be successful for some days, sometimes even months. But the desire never left.

Eventually, all my suppression turned for the worse. I indulged in various sexual practices and roleplaying through online chats. I felt guilty, disgusted, and very worried, but I simply could not break my habit.

Later, I heard your message on breaking free from addictions. I learned that even when I sin, I am still the righteousness of God in Christ. I realized God is not angry with me and I can always go back to Him.

I also learned that I could confess and believe that I am righteous in Christ, even while watching pornography. So I confessed and believed this truth for two weeks, and within that time, God delivered me! Now I have no desire for pornography or to indulge in any immoral sexual activities.

I thank God for saving and freeing me from my long-term addiction. I also thank Him for directing me to your message. May God bless you and your ministry.

Joseph Prince and "Jiggaz" really opened my eyes on the gospel of Grace... The funny thing is that when I haven't understood the gospel of Grace,I try to please God by trying not to sin but I guess what I always fail...after sometime I came across a book by Joseph Prince destined to reign. It opened my eyes about Grace it was as if I've not read the book of Romans before I had to read Romans all over again, as God may have it at that same period I came across wonderful eye opening articles here on nairaland by Jiggaz..It increased my knowledge on Grace. Overcoming sin became way easier than before disputing the believe by most christians that the gosple of grace makes believers to live careless life knowing that all their sins(Past,Present and Future) has been taken care of by Christ Jesus...

I read in the other thread about why you stop watching pornography and saw how most people obejected to the guys advice.
One other guy even opened a counter thread. Suffice is to say that most people who commented in objection do not really
understand the evil of pronography and below reasons may help to open your eyes.

1. Masturbation. Pornography leads to masturbation. Many writers have wrongly asserted that masturbation has a positive merit.
When you become a chronic masturbator, it becomes a disturbing habit and you can hardly find peasure in real sex with your partner.
This is one reason, some men can go for masturbation leaving their wife groaning on bed. Some men do masturbate before their wives come home and they become hopeless when their wives call for the real action. If you always watch pronography, then Masturbation is knocking on your door and a very high possibility that you may not satisfy your partner is underway. Beside you may suffer low sperm count. People may deceive you that it teaches sex.
This is fallacious. If watching pornography teaches sex, then no man or woman will ever complain of non-satisfaction. The partner
could watch porns and do it properly. But latest statistics shows that partners are hardly satisfied. How did our forefathers
who were not exposed to these porns became better than us in satisfying their partners?. Open your eyes, it's all lies.

2. Infertility. Did you hear that? Excessive pornography leads to waywordness and can be dangareous because you simply will get all manner of infections. What about abortions? Watching porns can lead you to all manner of reckless
sex life thereby hindering your changes of propoer fertility. Many are still looking for the fruit of the womb. None will explain their reckless youthful exorbarance to the public. Be careful, you may be one of those that will go from church to church
seeking miracle due to your careless youthfull life.

3.High impossible Expectation. Watching pornography is surely going to make you expect a lot from your partner.
Imagine the fact that you are very dirty down there, but expect your partner to give you a Mouth Action. He or she may not be disposed to ding that even if you are clean. You always want this style or that style. What if your partner is huge and may not be able to do all the stuff that flexible girl in the porn movie is doing? You will surely feel unsatisfied. You expect your parner to be everything you watch in movie. This way, the family will hardly be okay with a matching intercourse. Be careful of what you watch because tomorrow both of you will cry of insatisfaction.

4. Time consuming. The truth is that porn can take away the precious time you would need to make a neccesary achievement in life. While others are trading forex, trading bitcoin, or doing social marketing, you are stucked with pornography online. You waste time. You waste money and end up stupid. Be careful.

5.Poor Intelligence. Pornographic addiction leads to a drastic reduction in intelligence. This is because a great part
of your brain gets consumated in thinking about the hot scenes you watched. You can hardly get focused on important life activities that require serious intelligence. Most porn watchers are hardly great acheivers. They spend a great deal of their thinking on the various porn scenes they have watched.

6.Sex Mind casting. This is a scenario whereby men or women cast their mind off the immediate enviroment during sex. It happens a lot to people who had a great sexual experience with their ex. You can be making love to your wife or your husband and his or her mind is cast on that beautiful ex he or she had a great sexual experience and as such sees the ex on the ongoing action.
Same happens to porn addicted people. Imagine being on top of your wife with your pot belly
and her mind is on that 6 packs IndecentStar she watched on porn movie.Imagine your husband on top of you with flat boobs while he is thinking of the apple breasts of the IndecentStar he watched. Porn kills sexual enjoyment between couples. be warned.

7. Lust. Porn induces a high incidence of lust. Lust distracts attention and is very dangerous. This is why you have all manner of sexual harrasements. This is why you see some shameful sexual acts including act of pedofiles.
Boss on employee, lecturer chasing after students. Things can hardly be obtained on merit. Its all about bottom power. You may miss you entitle ment to that girl using seduction to steal opportunity meant for you. porn is bad.
Dont encourage it.

8. Infidelity. Infidelty has lead to the crash of many marriages. The devil that instituted porn is purposely targeting the family. It is mainly trying to destroy the family. Porn addicts are liable to divorce. This is the devils plan and through porn, he succeeds. He succeeds in littering the soceity with many bastards. Many children with no parental upbringing which leads to many criminals.
This is his plan. He has instituted porn on music, on videos, even on adverts. You can hardly escape it. All it wants is to target and destroy many families. Be warned.

Finally, to avoid porn, as much as possible stop being in secluded places. Reduce the ammount of secular musics videos u watch. Those musics are the first energizer to porn and this is mainly their purpose. Pray hard to be delivered and make promises to God
to go at least a month without watching porns. Dont visit brothels when you want to drink. Reduce the quantity of alcohol you take.
Learn to spend times on youtube videos that teaches skills and do not solicit for sexual video CDs in the market.
