You did the right thing refund. Thats what i do to clients that are impatience. While trying to please your client, you could have transacted with a scammer and at the end the same client will come here and label you as scam. Its better to deliver late that be sorry.

I would need to ask what you meant by impatience.

First I was lied to that the money was ready and that I should send the fund around 10pm friday

Secondly, after sending fund I was told the person who is to handle the payment is sleeping and I should wait till 2 am saturday morning.

Thirdly, I was told around 6 am that the person is still sleeping

I waited till 10 am and I was till given the same story of sleeping which resulted to me asking for the deal to be cancelled.

He contacted me again by 5 pm same saturday that the needed fund for the transaction remains 10$ to be complete and asked me to send the 100k he has refunded.

Now if you read between the lines I have reasons to backout after all the stories I have heard.

If he has stated that the fund is not available and I need to wait that would have been a different story.

But not collecting fund from me under pretence that he's ready to do the transact and than after paying him I have to wait 12 hours to listen to stories of someone sleeping and another 7 hours later to hear the fund I need remains 10$ to be complete.

And I still have to wait 3 days to get a complete refund.

Now the purpose of my review is simple.

All exchanger should be truthful prompt prudent and proactive and not forming boss in delaying a transaction that they have promised to make happen in less that an hour and still not fulfilling it even after 12 hours of holding on to the clients money.

Let's all not forget the value of money over time in business which either appreciate when services is rendered when needed and depreciates when services is not rendered at the given time
