mummys DAT have done cs pls come to my aid I sneezed seriously this evening and I felt like the site opened after a hard sneeze.and I felt slight pains.5months after delivery.I also noticed it has formed keliods I don't want to go to the doc as he would send me away.because he says I complain too much lemme no go and pay 3k to see him and he sends me away

U can start with these; if u dont have dumbbells, u can punch without dumbbells pending when u r able to get.

200 aggressive shadow boxing with dumbbells
100 shadow boxing without dumbbells
100 arm circles in and out with dumbbells

P. S the arms take a longer time to lose, so don't panic if u r not seeing immediate progress

I also have this sharp pain that comes once in awhile ie if I bend down like when one is washing clothes. The doc said its adhesions
