Federal projects are time and capital consuming, many of them are ongoing even in your state. Moreover, this government from inception, said it would complete ongoing projects before embarking on new ones, e.g Abuja- Kaduna rail, completed and commissioned, Abuja light rail is also 98percent and will soon be commissioned.
I work construction so I know what am saying, federal projects are usually hampered by Darth of fund due to poor budget performance, that is why this administration is seeking alternative funding such as Sukuk bond.
