Of course not. But we must also learn from things like this.
First, that statistics cannot help Nigeria. Its reported that the ratio of police to citizen is 1:460. Now if Emoney, and he isnt the only one, can keep 4, then how can we get it right with the indices and statistics we have for better policing?
And the same goes for programmes of all MDAs.
