Introduction. It should catch the hiring manager's attention with a killer line. There is always a killer line I use, and it has gotten several interviews for people I write for.

Reason why you want the job in the second paragraph. This second paragraph should ooze out the following.

1) Emotion: Make the interviewer want to call you on phone even before he finishes reading.

2) Fear: Make the hiring Manager scared about the repacautions of not hiring you. Tell them things you've achieved, problems you've solved, problems they are likely facing, and how you can solve them.

The last paragraph should close the letter. Thank him/her. Tell them you have other solutions and ideas to give out, but it would only be possible when called for an interview.

Attach your phone number and Name.

P.s. remember to address the hiring manager by his name or use "Dear Sir".
