Whenever I try to subscribe for the 4gb plan I always get referred back dial *777# I've also tried sending 53 to 127 only to be referred back to *777#. Please help

Please, for those enjoying the plan how did you subscribe to it?

Call customer care ( 121 ) if *777# is not working for u. So that they can help u resolve the issue

it's a general issue, am also getting the same reply and I have called the customer care and they said that they are working on it

Am also experiencing the same issue, been calling customer care but they claim to all be busy.

Just chat up with them online. But you have to wait like 20 minutes to get to your turn. It is a general issue, I just chatted with them ,and instructed them to activate it for me and they did within some minutes.

I tweeted them and they said it is a technical problem they are working on!

Do you know if talking to them about the bad network reception in a particular area would make them improve it.
