Earlier today, some fishermen caught a manatee in a river in Yauri area of Kebbi state. The elated fishermen who posed with the animal decided to take it to the palace of the Sarkin Yauri (the traditional ruler) to show it off. See pictures below;

Once they finish killing all the animals , they will have to make do with grasshoppers and mosquitoes.

Funny enough I thought those things only exist in America, now I have to check what Wikipedia says.
It is not normal for s specie to exist on different continents without a link or means to travel

So I checked wiki and found they do exist in west Africa we should conserve them, they are vulnerable to extinction
