If I May Ask you personally do you have a utility bill in your name? (Utility bill = Nepa Bill, waste Bill, water bill, gas Bill, telephone just to mention a few) am quite sure you resident in nigeria and how many Nigerians can present such.

In your bid to be proactive you missing a lot of things you should have looked out for and strictly asking for Identification as if you working with PayPal.

So if Inze hasn't stepped in to confirm what are you going to do with the fund. Use it for your trading or you sit on it like EFCC.

Please there are many ways to verify ones identity and I will say categorically that utility bills in nigeria is not a way to prove ones identity.
