1year post graduate certificates cost from $14,000CAD.
To fast track your Visa application it's always best to pay for your 1st semester upfront (approx..$7,000CAD)

The total fees for post graduate programs are from 28,000CAD (most programs last 1year while some are for 2years) each year has about 3 semesters. To fast track your Visa application you can pay for your 1st semester upfront.

The average cost of Undergraduate studies for international students is $24,000CAD/ academic year in Ontario.

In Manitoba, after you gain permanent residence, you get part of this money back (they refund you the tuition you paid as an international student, so that you are charged local student fees)
