What is the best time to study?
It’s one of those endless debates among students; is it better to study at night or during the day? Each side has its own loyal advocates who will speak at length of the benefits of their preferred method to try and convince you of the benefits of their choice.

The best time to study from personal experience is during the day. Throughout my time in school I studied all tru the day. Having attended lectures from Monday to Friday during the day and sleeping in the night, I would normally wake on around 8am on Saturday, take my bathe and leave my roommates in the hostel while I move to the classroom. I make sure I look up all those topics we were taught in the course of the week and also take time to attend to assignments pending before leaving for the hostel in the evening around 6pm.(Of course I would take time to eat twice in the course of my reading and enough chewing gum to aid my reading.)

Sunday after church service is no different. Immediately I leave church after 11, I follow the same routine. While my roommates wake to read in the middle of the night, I sleep soundly and wake always refreshed to assimilate in class the next day.

All tru the 4years I was a 4 pointer, In fact little short of a first class at graduation.

The nearest I came to reading at night was during exams when I wake 5am, revise my notes till 7am when I take my bathe and go into the exam hall. Night reading was a NO NO for me.
