The noise started in January but there was no pain now its making noise and paining me, I can hardly walk. Wanna know the likely cause and any possible treatment?

torn cartlidge, bone spur, arthritus, chondro malyasia patella, tendonitis, inflamed ligaments, list goes on. see a doctor that specialises in sports medicine for testing

I reside in Nigeria n you know what it look like to get a doctor that specializes on it if there is any here. All i want this moment is to find a treatment for it that i can use for the main time before going for real treatment.

i am well aware of teh lack of doctors in nigeria.  if you live near lagos or abuja im sure you will find someone.  you need specialised testing that a regular doctor wont be taught.  you can see an orthopedist or have an mri done on the knee though those would be far more expensive then drawer testing which the sports medicine doctor would perform. treatment could be anything from not using it for 2 weeks to reconstructive surgery depending on the condition, your sypmptoms match many conditions

boss, did you later find out what was wrong? I am having the same symptoms.
