Hello my guys, Please I need information about Jakande Estate Flats in Lagos State. I have a problem, I rented a flat in mile 2 Jankande Estate, and i paid for one year, 7-months into my period of rent, my land lord said he wants to sell the flat, we showed interest, but someone told me that the Lagos state government is planing to take over these flats and renovate it and sell it again, plz is it true, i need to know before i commit myself. Thanks, any information can be useful. |

Why not get a lawyer to do some investigations. Don't risk what you have based on ideas by unknown faces. You can also visit Alausa to find out personally. |

SPECS007:The state government has offer of first refusal clause in the sale of all flats in all its estates. Be careful. |
