I believe when you come for inspection, you will see what am talking about. Moreover, you have every right to bid the car any amount you know it worth not that you start comparing it with one Tokunbo. If I may ask you, does it mean Tokunbo car where it was imported not registered ? If you check very you will see that the environment where the car was snapped was a dust environment and that was exactly what happened to the dust you see on the engine before you started saying jargons.
