Thesame police that will seize a danfo bus from the driver and use it for raiding looking for yahoo boys. So the police has become so wretched that they cannot hire a van or better still buy one for the purpose of feeding their horses? That police vehicle i am sure was donated to them either by the state government or some company and they have to use it to carry feed for cows or horses or whatever.

You should invest more time in teaching yourself how to learn. You don't know nada and can only teach trash.

If you look carefully, you will see on of the pictures that showed Mounted Troop under the FCT Command. Mounted Police mean horses. Horses eat grass. So is there a connection to not? And you will started insulting!

Also if the police bought the car to serve dual function eg. coveying light goods for the police personal,so be it.You are the one who is rather wrong making the PICK-UP look like a luxury item or as if it serves a single purpose.

If it were a sedan and the passenger seats were stacked with grass you can shout to high heavens or it was an APC then you can say such things.
