that doesn't make it 400 at the Black market or even parallel market. I still changed at the rate of 360/$ yesterday. For now it's fluctuating around 359-365naira/$.

Oga it is a big lie, it is #64000 ($160). You can go to any GTB to confirm or visit USA visa website

bank rates are different for such transactions. If u want to change your dollar to Naira at the same GTB it'll be below 320naira/$. We're both right tho
