Right now, the trending topic on Social Media has got folks stating their standards, and telling the attributes and characters of a person they cannot date.

Toke, a social media user previously said she cannot date a guy who earns N100,000 salary on a monthly basis, apparently, she feels the money is too small, and cannot sort out things..

Now, Billionaire son, Paddy Adenuga has set his own standard, and has said there’s no way in heaven he’d date a lady wears wigs or lacefronts.

He wrote on Twitter: “I can’t date you if you wear wigs or lacefronts.. never! I have standards and I refuse to compromise”

U don't like short hair on ladies just say it instead of deflecting nd lying against them. After all hw many women keep their hair low, nd hw many of the neat ones do u find attractive.

As for this Paddy Adenuga, he is very much entitled to his preference bt he should not think he is trying to low key influence men to hate on women who wear wigs bcoz he is on a long thing. The men here re far gone in the type of hair they prefer, like their female counterparts: straight, curly nd long. They re not into 4c African hair in fact it's nt something to be proud of nd usually associated with low class or broke people.

I knw what Paddy is doing. He wants African women to start wearing their hair nd form their own enviable brand of beauty. Unfortunately African women re busy promoting every other type of woman's hair nd re not confident enough to carry their hair (there re exceptions h'ever) ❤❤. But u can't blame us totally, we were taught to prefer every other type of hair before ours. And to never question anything, just conform.

Good for u. What I tell people who prefer to wear wig is do what works for u. After all there is no pressure to wear our hair natural in this part of the globe. Plus ur interaction with people is easier with fake hair than with ur real hair.

I would hv said why not wear African hair type of wig only bt I don't want to come over as a hypocrite since I also don't wear only that bt things re changing for me.

those social media channels run by people who live abroad? Their tips rarely work here and if they do, like I said, maintenance is expensive.

That's what I wanted to see. It's possible bt costly to maintain. Bt it's possible! Maybe if the standard of living improves here the average woman would stand a chance if she wants.

Wigs re better. Just started using them. I can learn how to grow nd maintain my natural hair nd still put on the w-cap as occasion demands. At the end, do you!
