Because they provide the best to get the best.... There is no where in the world where people are treated like trash and people will remain there. Nigerian workers, not just doctors, under the public system, have been highly abused and underpaid.

The average Nigerian worker has a BSc. but the starting salary is nothing to write home about... State governments pay just a little above 50k, federal pay a little better.... but on a global scale, only war-torn countries pay the same as Nigeria does... Check it online. We need to restructure this country.
