Since last week, Glo have been deducting my data plan streaming YouTube at night, they have this free YouTube streaming from 1am-5:30am, but not anymore because they keep deducting from my main data, my 4gb plan finished in 4days because I was streaming YouTube at night thinking it's free, not knowing they were actually deducting from my main data, i thought it was a system glitch, customer care couldn't help, i subscribed again and they're still deducting from my main data.

I've complained to their customer care severally and the people there are extremely clueless.

Anyone else experiencing this....?

Did glo quietly stop YouTube free streaming at night capped at 2.5gb?

I have noticed the same thing, they keep deducting from my main account, why can't they let their customers instead of going through the backdoor in defrauding unsuspecting victims.

I thought I was alone on this. I still have about 4.7gb left for YouTube but they kept deducting from my main data balance. Good thing I discovered it early because I usually check my data balance like every 20 minutes while using YouTube at night. I don't trust these internet service providers.

How do you check YouTube data balance?

I don't think there's a code for checking it. I usually take record of how much data I use for YouTube and then subtract it from the 2.5gb to get the balance.
