Is Lagos Now The Dirtiest City In Nigeria Under Gov. Ambode? by NgeneUkwenu(op): 11:22am On Jan 19, 2018
Everywhere in Lagos state now oozes putrid odour from the indiscriminate dumping of refuse and waste by cart pushers and residents in major roads and streets....Yet the state government under Ambode don't care...From Orile, FESTAC, Vi, Lekki To Mushin the stories are the same..

During Fashola's tenure the waste management worked 24 hours in keeping Lagos state clean....That was when, you can bring your trash bin to your gate and the PSP will take care of it, the street sweepers were efficient and thorough...and Lagos was cleaner.

Now to this orobo governor, everything has gone North. Nothing works again...Every infrastructure left by Fashola is now an eyesore...yet his propaganda machines are working in overdrive...

Apart from substandard streets roads, planting of few flowers here and there, building statues and buying ambulances, can anyone point out a major achievement of Ambode even though Lagos under him within 3 years has earned over 1Trillion Naira?

I regret voting for this man...

Shame on you paid mercenary , is this the new agenda fashola has put you up to? Anybody that is truly a Lagosian knows that Ambode has put together the best response and vision we have seen when it comes to environmental sanitation with the birthing and berthing of the cleaner Lagos Initiavitive which is the most proactive modern response to sanitation and waste management this country has ever seen , yes there are some teething challenges that have occurred and yes they were expected as we transit from Fashola era PSPs to world class sanitation management under Visiion scape and cleaner Lagos initiative .. In the coming weeks these challenges both lucanary and legal would be surmounted and Lagos state will take it's place in the line up of mags cities employing mind blowing technological advances and strategy in the management of it's waste ...I warn a drowning zombie like you to steer clear of the deliberate path to tarnish the image of our well loved governor and state govt for short term political gain but instead you gather your thoughts together to help you useless Buhari factor the best route he will use from Abuja to Daura when Nigerians send him home soon .

I heard Lagos State government sacked over 400 staffs of the LAWMA and PSP guys to pave way for the "Cleaner Lagos" initiative..

I think they've resolved in court now. Lagos will go back to being neat soon.

Learn to criticize your leaders young man. Everything must not be about which political divide you are on. If Lagos is dirty, both PDP and APC adherents inhale the thrash and get infected. Bacteria or Virus does not know if you are APC or PDP.

So, I think he or she is correct this time around.
