Dangote looks so young and in his 60's,Adenuga is almost 70 and looks so young too,Otedola too and many other big and small business men,many politicians too and many business men I know. but 9 to 5 really accelerates aging. Some of these celebs are into business too,so business career is one of the few careers that could make one not age. Early marriage or not marrying at the time you're very comfortable could accelerate aging too

As for your question, I've not attained a wealthy status, but I will not criticize any rich or wealthy man who buys expensive cars for himself because it wont take him to heaven. I will also do same soon. Nothing we have on earth will follow us to heaven, yet we buy them to satisfy ourselves, why do I condemn someone that buys expensive cars because i can't afford it yet and so I see it as a waste of money, but in my mind, I wish I were that rich man.

I no agree with you say 9-5 accelerates aging..In my industry, finance, if you see some 40-50 year olds, you go bow. They are fitter than many of us below 40. That's why I take this fitness something seriously..It's so important.

But bro, in all of these points which I must confess are valid, people can still spend 10 mins for 40 press ups and 5 minutes for 30 squats and 5 mins for plank and then watch what they end. This is not asking for too much. People don't need to spend 2 hours at the gym everyday to look and feel healthy..
