They should sign dzeko quickly abeg.... hopefully he can give us 2 solid seasons while morata gets is shyyte together.

i think Dzeko supported by Morata and Hazard could work.

Morata has fantastic movement, but as we've seen struggles a bit when asked to hold up the ball, and be a central point of reference for the team.

i think that hes probably mentally more comfortable in a supporting role, and doesnt seem to have the ego or confidence required to be the main man.

that said, i still cant get jiggy with the dzeko signing...too old, too expensive, no resale value, etc

i would have even preferred the mooted Arnautovic transfer if he wasnt injured. he has the physical frame, technical ability and self confidence required....he's also quite fast

I also think you are on point with the dzeko signing and that's why I am hoping we can at least get 2 solid years from him.....a period which will reduce the burden/attention from morata, and make him mature into the role of being the main man with time......that's if he is ever going to get there ....

Thank God we didn't end up with Carroll. Dzeko is better.
