Regarding the technical capabilities in support of SF and civilian ghosts there r near comparable to the best . In some respects even better. I cannot tell u more and leave it at ur discretion.

Few days ago 2 Saudi fucckers and 1 indi.. fuucker decided to switch on their satellite phone , instantly it was detected and they were caught. In a big country if one can detect a satellite phone being switched on and then triangulate it position instantaneously , it says much about the capabilities. But technology does not wait so one needs to keep up.

Until there is a single operational command for all SF , they will continue to suffer from bureaucratic delays and stupidity with regard to arms etc procurement.
