A "Buharist" and governor of Kaduna state, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai has given two reasons why he failed to read former president Olusegun Obasanjo’s 20-page letter where President Muhammadu Buhari was advised against presenting himself for re-election in 2019. Speaking in Channels Television programme, Sunday Politics, the governor said he has not read the widely circulating “Special Press Statement” because it is too long and he has been busy.
