baralatie:the owners of those shops and almost everybody at agric knows they are on government land,and the government has been destroying buildings on roads since last year,cause they wanna expand the road. No illegal structure, una no dey hear. Before you rent shop get the address and building number and go to LGA and do groundwork search to be sure it has permit and authorization of the council. If you dont you risk loosing your downpayment and commercial stock. Demolition of illegal structures is not new thing in Lagos, people ought to have learnt from losses of other people. 9 Likes |

I Personaly witness the one that went down in Oshodi today at about 1pm, .its a sorry sight for those Traders i meet there, my phone battery was too low to make d recordings or even snap to SHOW US live pictures. So many business buildings went down in Oshodi today. May God help those Traders for a successful relocation 2 Likes |
