I do not think they pay well because I once got a job with them too as call Center agent after the whole interview I still have meet with the over all boss he only ask me my last salary which I told him and he said he will get back to me till today he has not called so,I called the secretary cos I have and ask her why have they not called me again so told me that she do not think they can pay me.

It will be stated on her employment letter.

You will work in shifts, you get one day off in maybe 2weeks, my Neigbour works with multi choice as customer care agent, will confirm the pay from him

I KNOW SOMEONE WHO WORKS THERE, SHE SAID THE PAY IS AROUND 70K AFTER TAX AND HMO HAS BEEN REMOVED. BUT SHE SAID YOU CAN MAKE MORE MONEY DEPENDING ON THE OVERTIME HOURS YOU SPEND. BUT YOU WONT HAVE YOUR WEEKENDS . BUT HER OFFICE HAS STAFF BUSES THAT TRANSPORT THEM.

@OP, DSTV/GOTV (multichoice) have outsource their call centre to a company called customer contact solutions nigeria now called (outcess).

Please don't be fool, they only pay 45k by the outsourcing firm, you only get tow days off after every three months.

No HMO, no bonus, and you pick 130 calls perday, be ready treat your ear.

The outsourcing firm is in Lekki, I once worked there, I had to leave, when I discovered I was being used.

This is wrong. Multi choice have their own agents for inbond calls so please I know this because i worked in Outcess please don't misinform people. Thank you.

Yes I understand, I only responded to the OP, based on what I know about their call centre

And if you don't know, outcess also have people who pick inbound calls for both GOTV and DSTV, who are also paid 45k you might want to ask.

I worked there for a year.
