With the possibility oil being discovered inbthe North given the level of exploration for it going on there for years, it may be right to conclude that siting a refinering in border town between Northern Nigeria and Niger is a step towards an eventual regional restructuring or possibly, the dissolution of Nigeria which for the North may usher in a new union with their kith and kin in Niger Republic.
