Please I need help on ingredients and cost for rich Jollof rice and moimoi for 40 people. The type of ingredients to buy and amount. It's for a church love feast.

Here's what we use in our Restaurant and it comes out great.

[/b]Ingredients for Jollof Rice.
1 Congo serves approximately 9 people if you do 2 scoops per portion. So;

A. 4congos of rice = N500 each. Half bag of Tomato brand is 7100. 17 and half congos in it. Long grain o.
B. 3 cans of de Rica tomatoes paste( the medium can that is sold for 350 each)
C. Tatashe (red bell pepper) 1 small bucket or half waste basket = Full is 1200
D. Habanero pepper (normal pepper)and bawa (quarter waste basket)
E. Lion Curry and thyme 5 containers each (the one of N150 each)
F. Buy Spice City stew spice 1 roll (10 in a roll) for 250 /300 (outside main market it's 500 per roll)
G. Garlic and ginger N300 each
H. Maggi bottom pot 1 pack (N350 per pack ). You won't use more than 30 cubes or there about.
I. Bay leaves N200 should do
J. Vegetable oil. Buy kings oil 5 litres for 3k
K. Onions 7 large bulbs
L. Omi Eran or meat stock after boiling meat or chicken or fish.
M. Beef of 15k is ok for that number. Thats big cuts o.

[b]For Moi moi.
1. Beans N500 congo 1 and half congo is enough.
2. Crayfish 300naira
3. Maggie 10 cubes
4 salt to taste
5. Onions 4 large bulbs
6. Bawa pepper (Long red ones) N 200
7. Atarodo N150
8. Salt to taste
