I have a complete project plan (6 bedrooms duplex) with both architectural, structural, mechanical and elec trical drawings which I initially intended to commence work at the original site measuring 930sqm but the site is not completely rectangular in shape. However, I just recently bought a perfect 100 by 100sqm plot and intend to commence my project on the new plot.

What are the steps I need to follow? Please a qualified engineer or architect should advise and leave his or her contact. Project location Awka Anambra State. Attached is the floor plan of the project's original site, please note that it has a swimming pool a could be seen on the 3D

can't find the floor plan or 3D.
All that is needed to be done is to kick start the plan on the new land, should there be any reason for modification of sizes of the plan, it can be done too.

I do not live in Nigeria. How about the process of approval, is the approval gotten on the initial site valid at the new site? Not that both sites are located at Anambra state

Since the sites are different, They are to be subjected to approval separately despite being the same drawing.
