It states that India has been the world fastest growing MAJOR economy since 2015.
Who cares about tiny economies like Ethiopia and Mozambique when China, US, Germany, Japan and India are being mentioned.

You just want to argue.

People care when you try to use that as a rationale for them not having the most number of people in poverty. I don't just want to argue, but I can tell you that I just don't believe that Nigeria has more people in extreme poverty than India. Not from what I've seen.

Why don't you show us Nigeria from the same place you got the US numbers from.

If you care to know here's the US on the world poverty clock where the data from the OP comes from. Just 3% abject poverty. Why are your brother's begging for visa all over the place?

They were even mentioning south Sudan and Mali,the population of south Sudan and Mali is not even up to 40 million.
When I visited a village in Ogun state,I saw kids drinking garri for breakfast,garri for lunch and EBA with soup and pomo for dinner...once in a while they do eat rice(concoction) in the morning or afternoon.and that's what their parent eat too.

Check the title of the OP again. Nigeria has the highest population of extremely poor people in the world.
