Bakayoko's discipline, not too sure, remember Luiz before Conte. The way he tracks back even if he his way up the pitch is impressive ( don't ask me why he goes high up the pitch . )

Bakayoko has an imposing presence in midfield, Matic is more of a safety anchor while Bakayoko is a Player (even with his Gattuso madness he has fewer cards than Ramos)
