Over the years there has been agitation as to who can bring the best in leadership. Some are of the opinion that females are weaker sex and their feminity affects everything they do while others are of the view that males are leaders by nature, therefore can give the best in leadership. But now the big question is: if females are given the chance to become leaders will their feminity dominate? or the tenderness of their heart? The second question now is: does the masculinity of the males give automatic assurance as good leaders? or the pre-eminence of their nature as rigid beings? Which do we reckon or which will salvage our situation? male or female president? Let's hear your opinion. |
