Today, Seven bills were signed into law by Governor Ambode of Lagos State and the most significant of which is the Electricity Power Sector Reform Law which gives legal backing to the Embedded Power Programme.

According to the governor, this will help us achieve our electricity generation plan to provide 24-7 uninterrupted electricity supply to Lagosians.

Other bills signed into law today are the Amended Land Use Charge Bill, the School of Nursing Bill, the Cooperative College Bill, the Cancer Research Institute Bill, the Amended Customary Court Bill and the Yoruba Language Preservation bill

Nonsense. Have you used solar cells before? They are expensive and cannot replace grid supply. Not to mention that you can only use certain type of loads safely without damaging your Inverter.

Coal is a heavy pollutant. They say they have technology to reduce coal emissions but we are still waiting.

I always trust Ambodes judgements and I pray he can make this 24 hours power a reality for Lagos at the right price to the pocket of the masses because the current Eko Disco set has failed us badly
