It's a genetic thing. Just like we west africans have the best genetics for short distance race.

Check all the short distance races all over the world. People of west african descent always dominate. If not a west African, A Jamaican, Black American or other blacks of west African origin.

Can't you see how black americans are dominating whites in sports in the US and how our west african footballers succeed overseas? How many International east african footballers have you heard of?
