A friend that did the two interviews yesterday asked the interviewers when we should expect to hear from them...They said next week... Let's see how it goes...

I did the two interviews in December and haven't heard from Diamond Bank since then. No success or regret message. Could it be that I did not scale through? Or is there a "waiting list"?

Did you have the interview with the MD? That's the decisive factor before proceeding for medicals

I noticed most of the guys that were interviewed to were over 30 also.

I noticed the same when I had my interviews, I guess it because they were below 30 in 2015

My second interview was conducted by some senior level executives.

There is the HR department in every organisation def and there is no need to seriously doubt anything. You can just ask questions from people to clear your doubts
