create the rite framework...or system...hw many of our club is well run how much more having academy like Europe or South America...today Wat of school sports wen we have school littered every wer in one or two story building...in develop climes school have sports coaches whose function is sports not academic dat yy America ll be top in basketball....hw was Kane and Rooney and Muller dem discovered functioner system it's not magic...we have talents bt it's a porous so we rely on accidental discharge of fifa tourney or wen a player is fortunate to go to Europe.....and shine small.....

Why did he retire so soon when he still has all this skills in him.

Now he isn't coaching or grooming anybody, he isn't upgrading himself.
He is just there showing skill at every opportunity.

Question is who did he take over from? As at1993 when he joined super eagles, who was in his frame? Which big shoes did he fill? None! In other words he is in a class of his own. Not like he will vomit another Okocha. As you said, this may sound really uncalled for and it really is uncalled for.
