sweetgala:There's nothing noble on a people pursuing Arewa interests as espoused by late Sardauna Ahmadu Bello. A man known to have said: ”The new nation called Nigeria should be an estate of our great grand father, Othman Danfodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We must use the minorities in the North as willing tools and the South as conquered territories and never allow them to rule over us or have control over their future.” (Sir Ahmadu Bello October 12, 1960)These can be seen in our current political structure and their kicks against restructuring that'll bring needed development and healthy competition amongst the regions. And zoning won't give us the best for elective posts aside moneybags and corrupt elements whose major interests are winning and enlarging their coasts. |

gurunlocker:lol,i doubt if he will lost because they are seriously counting on rigging because they dnt have iota of achievement to sell to the electorate so as to win their mandate, but should incase buhari lost i believe he will be wise for him no matter the height of his megalomania to relinguish power like his predecessor did.and if he refuse, that will be the end of nigeria and a new map will b draft from the niger area with atleast four independent country and becos of the benefits hausa fulani gets from nigeria this will be too much for them to risk. |

THE MADNESS OF THE FULANI HERDSMEN KILLINGS SPREY, THE DEAD ECONOMY, CORRUPTION AT IDP CAMP, NNPC $26B, IKOYI GATE, DEAD PERSONS ON EMPLOYMENT LIST AS BOARD CHAIRMAN ETC, HUNGER AND FRUSTRATION ETC DOES NOT CONCERN YOU, BUT THE PRESIDENCY. POWER POWER POWER. WHEN YOU GET THE POWER, YOU RUINED THE COUNTRY, INSTEAD OF GROWTH WE DE-GROWTH. WHEN SHALL NIGERIAN GROW TO IGNORED NORTH, SOUTH, EAST AND WEST, AND ALLOW CAPABLE HANDS AND BRAINS TO RUN THE AFFAIRS OF THIS COUNTRY AND MOVE US FORWARD. YOU ELDERS LEAVE US ALONE, LEAVE NIGERIA ALONE, FORGET YOUR ZONING SYSTEM. TALKED ABOUT WHAT WE ARE CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH AS A NATION, THE ECONOMIC HARDSHIP, THE UNCERTAINTY, THE UNREST, THE REALITY, THE OBVIOUS. AFTER ALL YOUR CHILDREN ARE ALL SCHOOLING ABROAD. SHARIA LAW FOR THE POOR IN THE NORTH, ENGLISH LAW FOR THE PRIVILEGE. HYPOCRISY OF THE HIGHEST LEVEL. |

TheFreeOne:Contrary to your claims there is no known incident in which the statement ascribed to Saudarna was publicly read. It is a confirmed fable designed to demean the saudarna. It was this same Saudarna who aligned a North which was a conflagration of varied tribes and interests. Northerners Christian and Muslim were assisted to gain access into education via scholarship, minority tribes were assisted to gain access into the army that's why folks like Useni, Abacha, IBB, Gowon, Danjuma etc became influential within the army, even the likes of Nzeogwu excelled and were given a fair shake. There are many people who grew up in the North at the time who are still alive and testified to the realities not life then. Everything went up in flames on that January morning in 1966 |

sweetgala:Denying Sarduanas bigotry, his conception of a kind of jihad doesn't change the fact that we are all witnesses to these happenings in our political structure, Buhari style of governance and Fulani militia herdsmen killings and jihad that's written all over it. His so called alignment of northerners is nothing but the deception to have a monolithic north in furtherance of same agenda. Aren't those military leaders the same that were used to design our current military constitution that's an albatross on our way to genuine development? Every nation that values current realities must align with the need of the people for a better society and until we do so the country will only go in circles of perpetual underdevelopment and injustice. |

TheFreeOne:You have gone from use of false information to the abuse of sentiments. Look I'm far too intelligent for your actions. You have senators and house of reps members you should write to them if you feel something is not being done right. What have you done to ensure your governor does the right thing. Everyone wants a change to happen at the central but the state and LGA who would receive the transfer of power don't have their acts together. As much as I like the idea of state policing I'm scared to my wit's end what governors would do because abuse is inevitable |
