Please my friend I need help. my mother died 2013 as a civil servant in Benin city. ever since I have been processing her death benefit and gratuity, with all the necessary documents intact. Edo state ICT department said I need to bring a letter of administration from the court before they can pay me the gratuity and pension(2.5million). I went to federal high court in Benin to get the letter of administration, the court said I must open a bank draft with 10% of the total money I'm expecting(10%=250,000).
