But we know the kind of recources available to city and psg? Oil countries funded money. They keep getting smarter and finding ways to beat financial fair play rules. If they can find ways then yes they will be the richest clubs. Utd or real Madrid would never do d neymar/mbappe transfers or spend more than £220Million pounds on defensive players.
