A lot of valid reasons have been put up by different posters, I will try once more

CeeC was wrong to detach the strap because she wanted to go pick up a belt and Lolu refused to follow her. I already gave an example of Nina and Anto who were in similar positions but chose tolerance, not that they couldn't disregard big brother's rules too. I particularly disliked how she announced to her fellow housmemates that she was about to remove it cos she was angry. She knew her action could cost them their wager, but no, her anger is much more important.

CeeC refused lolu to wash his plate as a payback. After Khloe read the task, CeeC wanted to sit, and lolu childishly refused and he got served for that, the strap broke and hit him hard.

He returned in pains and needed to do what he had to do. CeeC should have just followed him and not create unnecessary drama. Cat walking or siting wouldn't ease lolu's pain at that moment.

SO yeah, they are both at fault.
