Why is there a 3,000 naira fee for inspection of apartment? Are you not going to collect agency fee at the end of the day?

I will pay transport to come and inspect the house then I will still pay you for inspection fee. Isn't that daylight fraud?

good morning....the 3,000 is not an inspection fee....its a consultation fee that guarantees that we would get u an apartment of your choice and budget.

Consultation for who? Did I engage you to get an apartment for me? You are the one who has the brief, and is offering the apartment for lease. If you are going to get consultation fee from anybody, it should be the owner of the property who engaged you to act as his agent.
